TCI 9", 10" and 11" Drag Race Torque Converters can be run in applications with up to 750 horsepower and are most commonly used for a bracket race or street/strip application that leans more toward the "strip." Stall speeds vary depending on application but the average is 3800-4500 RPM for 9" and 10" converters and 3000 RPM for the 11" version. Features include furnace-brazed and reinforced fins, needle bearings, three sets of Torrington bearings, hardened steel pump hubs, increased strength and holding capacity of high load sprags, ballooning plates (9" and 10" only), and a 360-degree steel mounting ring (9" and 10" only).
