The Walker Ultra EPA Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 16197 is an EPA compliant, direct-fit bolt-on replacement solution designed for OBDII vehicles from 1996 and newer. It is not legal for sale or use in CA, CO & NY, but is legal in ME on EPA Federal Emission Equipped Vehicles only (consult state's aftermarket converter regulations for details).
