The Walker Ultra EPA Direct Fit Catalytic Converter with Integrated Exhaust Manifold (MPN 16984) is designed for OBDII vehicles (1996 and newer) to meet EPA emissions requirements. This direct-fit unit features a bolt-off, bolt-on OE-style design with integrated manifold assemblies that connect directly to the engine cylinder head. It utilizes OE-style high-technology washcoat and optimal precious metal load to reduce tailpipe emissions and prevent the check engine light from illuminating due to emissions codes. Constructed with thick OE-style flanges and manifolds for durability, it includes aluminized heat shields (when originally equipped) to protect the undercarriage from heat.
