The Walker Ultra EPA Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter (Part Number 14745) is engineered to meet EPA emission standards for OBDII vehicles (1996 and newer). It features a direct-fit, bolt-on design with OE-style hangers, brackets, routings, and heat shields for straightforward installation without requiring specialized fabrication or welding. This converter utilizes an OE-style high-technology washcoat and an optimal precious metal load to effectively reduce tailpipe emissions and prevent the illumination of the check engine light due to emissions codes. Constructed with robust OE-style flanges, hangers, and brackets, it ensures strength and durability. Aluminized heat shields are included, where originally equipped, to protect the vehicle's undercarriage from heat generated by the converter.
