This kit allows for the relocation of the coolant expansion tank to the cold side of the engine bay, freeing up space on the hot side. It is compatible with both hotside and factory location coldside intakes.

The Turner Motorsport N54 Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank Relocation Kit is engineered to provide a clean solution for relocating the coolant expansion tank to the cold side of the engine bay. This is particularly beneficial for vehicles with common hot-side intake modifications on N54-powered BMW 335i, 335xi, and 335is models. Constructed from durable TIG-welded 5052 aluminum and finished with a wrinkle black powder coat, this expansion tank is built for longevity. Its design prioritizes preventing air pockets in the cooling system, a common issue during spirited driving. Features such as a baffled tank, a carefully engineered bleed passage, and machined bungs that accept OEM hose ends contribute to maintaining OE+ fit and finish while ensuring optimal cooling system performance and accurate coolant level readings. It also includes an integrated power steering pump reservoir mount and accepts the OE coolant level sensor, bleeder screw, and coolant cap. New versions of the sensor, bleeder screw, and cap are included in the kit for a refreshed installation. This relocation kit is specifically for N54 powered 335i vehicles. It is not compatible with 135i models. The kit includes the Turner Motorsport aluminum expansion tank, a wiring harness, all necessary hoses, hardware, OE level sensor, bleeder screw, and coolant cap.
