The MercRacing CWA100-3 is a performance coolant pump designed to improve cooling efficiency in supercharged and turbocharged systems. Featuring a durable brushless motor and an integrated speed controller, it supports PWM control for precise modulation. It is designed to provide consistent flow rates of 30-35 l/min at 0.75bar or 40-45 l/min at 0.50bar, ensuring effective thermal management for high-performance setups. While optimized for Audi applications, the pump is also suitable for use in custom aftermarket water-to-air cooling systems. The unit maintains quiet operation throughout its 7000 RPM range and draws a maximum of 8.5 amps, with a standby power consumption of approximately 0.2mA. Please note that this is an aftermarket component intended for motorsports and custom use and does not carry a manufacturer or distributor warranty. Installation requires adherence to the provided harness pinout instructions for proper ECU integration. Some vehicle configurations may vary in compatibility with the CWA100-3 signal control, so verification is recommended for custom setups.
