Coolant Tank Twin Turbo Style for 01-07 Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ RAW

This fabricated aluminum coolant tank kit is designed for twin-turbo applications on 2001-2007 Duramax LB7, LLY, and LBZ engines. It mounts on the passenger side fender and requires the relocation of the passenger-side battery from its OEM location. These twin-turbo style tanks are more compact than OEM-style tanks, sitting closer to the passenger side fender to allow more room for larger or additional turbochargers. They are primarily intended for DIY builders creating custom turbo setups, compound turbo applications, or racing applications. The tanks are manufactured in-house by Wehrli Custom Fabrication using laser-cut, CNC bent, and TIG welded aluminum sheets. They feature a high-quality billet aluminum sight glass and a CNC machined filler neck that accepts a billet aluminum black anodized coolant tank cap (standard). A serviceable, thread-in style low-coolant sensor is also included, addressing common issues with factory sensors in OEM tanks.
