The TransGo Cooler Bypass Delete Kit is designed for Ford 6R60, 6R80 GEN1 and GEN2 automatic transmissions. This kit provides a bypass replacement assembly that ensures all-time cooler flow, regardless of the transmission fluid temperature. This continuous flow helps to prevent overheating and reduces overall transmission fluid temperature by eliminating the stock thermostatic assembly. A key benefit of this delete kit is the ability to accurately check the transmission fluid level immediately after installation. Unlike the factory setup, which requires a warm-up cycle, this modification allows for a quick and precise fluid level check, simplifying maintenance.
