The Cold Case 97-04 Corvette Aluminum Performance Radiator is a direct-fit cooling upgrade for 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvettes. It is designed for all models with a manual transmission and 1997-2001 models with an automatic transmission. For 2002-2004 automatic models, adapters are required for the quick connects.

Constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum with polished tanks and corrugated fins, this radiator features 16 fins per inch for enhanced thermal transfer. It has a core height of 17.25" and a core width of 24.75".

The Cold Case 97-04 Corvette Aluminum Performance Radiator is engineered to provide superior cooling for your 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette. This all-aluminum, TIG-welded radiator offers a beautiful polished finish and is designed as a direct fit for all 97-04 Corvettes equipped with a manual transmission. It also fits 1997-2001 models with an automatic transmission. For 2002-2004 Corvette models with an automatic transmission, specific adapters will be needed to connect to the factory quick connects. This performance radiator features a dense 16 fins per inch arrangement and corrugated fins, maximizing surface area for exceptional thermal transfer. The core dimensions measure 17.25" in height and 24.75" in width, with overall dimensions of 18.7" in height and 30" in width. It includes two 1" tubes and a 3/8" inverted flare transmission cooler fitting. The radiator is pressure tested to ensure reliability. Cold Case emphasizes that their oversized 2-row design offers superior cooling performance compared to typical 3 or 4-row aluminum radiators.
