Corvette C6 MAF Kit

The AlkyControl Corvette C6 MAF Kit is a specialized methanol injection system engineered for 2005-2013 C6 Corvettes, particularly those equipped with positive displacement superchargers such as Whipple, E-Force, or ZR1 models. This system leverages a GM MAF sensor to precisely regulate methanol delivery based on engine airflow, offering a more sophisticated control strategy than boost-referenced systems. By injecting 100% methanol, which acts like 110-octane fuel, it effectively eliminates detonation associated with lower octane fuels. The system is also designed to significantly reduce intake air temperatures (by over 80% in optimal conditions), enabling tuners to advance ignition timing and unlock greater horsepower potential. Methanol's cleaning properties also contribute to maintaining engine health by reducing carbon deposits on pistons, thereby preserving optimal compression and combustion characteristics. The kit includes a PAC Progressive controller, a modified pump specifically for methanol use, stainless braided hoses, a complete wiring harness, and a GM MAF sensor. Installation instructions with tuning tips are also provided. Options are available for enhanced performance, including a dual nozzle setup for vehicles exceeding 800 RWHP and a GM IAT sensor upgrade for more precise tuning. The system is compatible with various C6 Corvette models, including the base C6, Z06, Grand Sport, and ZR1, from model years 2005 through 2013 when equipped with a positive displacement supercharger.
