Dana E-Series steer axles are designed for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. They feature standard and wide-beam widths and GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) from 10,000 to 14,600 lbs. Lightweight options can reduce vehicle weight by up to 35 pounds, increasing payload. The design includes a lightweight steel forged beam for enhanced strength, torsional stiffness, and better braking response.
