Description

Aftermarket exhaust system for MerCruiser 496 engines. Includes internally runnered header-style manifolds with stainless steel tube-style risers. Direct replacement for 496 Mag and HO engines, includes mounting hardware and brackets. Requires a minimum of 36.5" on center for twin engine units (1-1/4" wider than stock). Offers a significant upgrade over stock and is presented as a cost-effective alternative to headers. Late model 496 HO engines may require a new fuel pressure regulator.
