Description

This is a component for the Dana Spicer Model 300 Transfer Case, a cast-iron unit known for its strength. The Dana 300 features a passenger-side front output and a centered rear output, with a round, six-bolt front mounting face. It typically has a 23-spline input shaft (30-spline helical input gear) and 26-spline front and rear output shafts with a 1310 output yoke. The original Dana 300 rear output shaft is a known failure point under extreme use. The 250CS54003F-305MR is likely an upgraded or replacement coupling shaft/output assembly designed to improve durability and address this weakness.
