The Hedman 69830 is a set of heavy-duty ELITE Silver Coated Long Tube Headers designed for 1967-1991 Chevy/GMC 4WD 1/2 to 3/4 ton Pick-Up Trucks, Blazers, and SUVs with 283-400 SB Chevy engines without A.I.R. system and with centered engine chassis. These headers feature 1-5/8 inch tubes and a 3 inch ball/socket collector. Constructed from mild steel with CNC mandrel bent tubes, they are hand-welded for consistency. The ELITE line includes a heavy-duty design with 3/8 inch flanges and thicker 14 gauge primary tubes, ideal for high-performance and tow vehicles. The matte-silver ceramic finish can withstand up to 1400 degrees F, improving exhaust scavenging and reducing underhood temperatures.
