The Weathershield HP fabric is specially engineered for dramatic rain dispersion, shedding water as soon as it hits the cover. Because the cover beads water off so quickly, it dries super-fast and can be shaken off for a rapid dry within minutes. This fabric is also UV treated in a special encapsulation formula that reduces fabric UV degradation for long-lasting color and durability. The unique silicone polymers used in this material help create a silky-smooth finish that’s even less abrasive than super soft flannel. The cover is constructed with overlapped double-stitched seams and has built-in urethane elastic sewn into the front and rear hems for easy installation.
