The Covercraft UltraTect Car Cover is made from solution-dyed WeatherMax®SL fabric, offering great UV and fade resistance, and breathability. It retains color and strength in extended outdoor exposure, while providing high water resistance and UV protection. The HydroMax finish on both sides protects against rain, bird droppings, and dust, while maintaining breathability. Developed in partnership with Safety Components Fabric Technologies (SCFTI), this eco-friendly cover uses a fade-resistant solution-dye production process that saves water. WeatherMax SL yarns have color added to the polymer before extrusion, ensuring maximum fade resistance. These fibers also have minimal stretch, allowing UltraTect car covers to hold their shape. It can be cleaned in a home washer and dryer and is light enough to handle easily, yet heavy enough to stay in place.
