It uses heavier, 300 denier thread for maximum UV opacity, making it approximately 40% heavier than WeatherShield HP. This construction results in almost double the tear and tensile strength, and it's finished with the EPIC by Nextec encapsulation process. The solution-dye dye production process is fade-resistant and saves 1,000 gallons of water for every 1,000 yards of fabric produced. While not as compact or silky-smooth as WeatherShield HP, it offers maximum performance in harsh environments.
