It features a heavy-duty 300 denier fiber construction, making it approximately 40% heavier than the WeatherShield HP model, and boasts nearly double the tear and tensile strength. The fabric is treated with the EPIC® by Nextec encapsulation process, which embeds protective finishes within the fibers to provide all-weather protection, compact storage, easy maintenance, and a gentle touch on the vehicle's paint. This advanced material repels water and protects against dust, dirt, bird droppings, and tree sap, while remaining breathable to allow heat and moisture to escape, preventing condensation. It is custom-fit for specific vehicles, with urethane elastic in the front and rear hems for a snug, easy installation. Reinforced, non-scratch grommets are included for paint protection. The solution-dyed material offers excellent UV and fade resistance. It is machine washable and easily stored.
