The 2JR Racing Fiesta ST Cowl Induction Intake is the world's first and only intake designed to place the air filter inside the cowl, drawing in cold air from beneath the windshield. This design prevents the engine from pulling in hot air, unlike other intakes that position the filter behind the stock fans. The intake is recommended for racing purposes due to its extremely loud induction noise. It is made in the USA for perfect fitment and quality, with an estimated installation time of 2 hours. A tune is not required for this intake.

The 2JR Racing Fiesta ST Cowl Induction Intake is engineered to provide a cold air source for your Fiesta ST by relocating the air filter inside the cowl, drawing air from beneath the windshield. This unique placement combats heat soak issues common with other intakes that draw air from behind the stock fans, especially after turbo compression. Installation is estimated to take 2 hours, and importantly, a tune is not required. However, the manufacturer notes that this intake is LOUD, particularly inside the cabin, due to the induction noise generated whenever the gas pedal is pressed. While usable on the street, it is primarily recommended for racing applications where such noise is expected or desired. The production version features a continuous pipe design without pie cuts. To install, you will need to cut the lower plastic housing on the cowl and extend your MAF wires. All other necessary hoses, clamps, and a K&N Air Filter are included in the kit. For 2016+ FiST models, the COBB PCV Intake Adapter is required (sold separately). When paired with a 2JR race downpipe, cowl intake, and 3" exhaust, along with a tune, the system has consistently produced 288 wtq. Optional upgrades include a K&N Dry Flow Wrap, a JMS MAF Extender, and 2JR Gold Heat Reflective/Protective Tape. Custom color options are also available for the intake piping, though these may add two weeks to the order timeline.
