The Prima Chrome Cowl Guards offer a classic, cafe-style aesthetic for your Genuine Buddy scooter while providing essential bodywork protection. This design serves to protect riders from leg burns and shields the scooter's bodywork from common road debris and minor scuffs encountered in parking lots, all while enhancing the scooter's retro styling. Key features include a durable polished chrome finish for a timeless look, and a direct-fit design engineered specifically for Genuine Buddy models, meaning no drilling or modifications are required for installation. All necessary mounting hardware is included, simplifying the installation process. These guards are also available in black and a chrome version that includes passenger footpegs. Specifications for the cowl guards include chrome tubing as the primary material, with overall dimensions of 36" L x 8" W x 7" H. They are manufactured in Taiwan. It is important to note that a Genuine Buddy rear rack, either the flat-platform or backrest style, must be installed on the scooter prior to fitting these cowl guards. The Prima Chrome Cowl Guards are compatible with the Genuine Buddy 50, 125, 150, and 170i models, offering a direct fit for each.
