This pump features an industry-leading, mirror-finished billet oil pump gear set for optimal performance and longevity. It is meticulously assembled, with all components undergoing ultrasonic cleaning, air blasting, and hand deburring to ensure smooth operation. The stock fasteners are replaced with high-strength stainless steel Torx head screws, torqued to specification and secured with Loctite. Anaerobic sealant is applied to critical areas to enhance pump-up speed and reduce aeration, while assembly lubricant is applied to all critical surfaces for rapid oil flow on startup. Every unit is blueprinted and includes a specification sheet to verify precise tolerances. This assembled billet oil pump is engineered specifically for the 2018-2023 Ford Coyote engine, making it an essential upgrade for street performance, track racing, or high-rev applications requiring enhanced lubrication and reliability. While this pump is designed for high-rev applications, it is recommended for engines running under 8,000 RPM with standard engine clearances.
