CP-E Tial Sport QR 2 PSI BOV - Black

The Tial Sport QR BOV is a recirculating blow-off valve designed for vehicles requiring a recirculating solution, particularly those with mass air flow sensors that might otherwise run poorly with vent-to-atmosphere blow-off valves. It is a highly reliable BOV manufactured in the USA from CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 inch (50.5mm) valve and a V-band mounting clamp made of aluminum, with stainless steel hardware. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring, and the valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The BOV comes with a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator has a high-temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm. An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is included. The housing can be anodized in various colors.
