The Bosch CP3 Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit represents a significant enhancement for VW 2.0 TDI engines (CBEA and CJAA), directly addressing the known reliability issues of the stock CP4.1 fuel pumps. The CP4.1 is prone to premature failure, which can result in metal shavings contaminating the entire fuel injection system, leading to costly repairs. The kit includes the CP3 R70 BOSCH Fuel Pump, an adapter bracket, various fittings, a sprocket hub, and all necessary hardware for installation. It is important to note that an ECU tune is required after installing the CP3 pump to prevent engine codes and ensure proper operation.
