CP3 Pump Kit

The Whitbread CP3 Pump Kit 2.0TDI offers a solution for owners seeking to replace their troublesome CP4 fuel pump with a more durable CP3 unit. This kit is specifically engineered for 2.0L common rail CBEA, CJAA, and CKRA TDI engines, providing a direct retrofit path. Constructed with robust materials, the kit features a 7075 aluminum adapter plate for enhanced strength and a 1215 steel pulley hub. It includes all essential components for installation, such as the pump adapter plate, pulley hub, high-pressure fuel line threaded adapter, banjo fuel fittings, and all necessary nuts and bolts. For CKRA Passat models, a specially machined and welded coolant neck is included as the factory neck interferes with the CP3 pump installation. Installation of this kit requires the sourcing of a compatible Bosch CP3 pump, such as the 0445010194 model found in BMW 335D and X5D vehicles (2009-2012). It is important to note that this is a retrofit kit and does not include the pump itself, though options to purchase a new Bosch pump with a 12-month warranty are available. The OEM high-pressure fuel line will require minor re-bending, and a quality tube bender is recommended.
