The Weistec Computer Powertrain Control (CPC) Module is a direct replacement for your vehicle's original unit, working in tandem with the Engine Control Unit (ECU) to manage critical powertrain functions. This module takes control of essential systems including active exhaust valves, throttle pedal response, and the vehicle's speed limiter. It also integrates torque limiters previously handled by the ECU. The CPC module influences the ECU's operation by setting torque limits. Additionally, the speed limiter is disabled, permitting higher top speeds. For those seeking maximum performance, the module can also be configured to keep the active exhaust valves perpetually open. This module is an ideal upgrade for modified modern Mercedes-Benz vehicles, promising improved performance and more consistent power delivery. Key features include raised torque limits, a disabled speed limiter, a complete replacement design, and an optional setting for always-open exhaust valves.
