CPLT Intake

The SXTH Element Engineering CPLT Intake is a "Complete" package designed for the GR Corolla (2025+), offering a direct bolt-on performance upgrade with an OEM fit and finish. Constructed from durable XLPE plastic for both the intake pipe and airbox, this system utilizes a high-flow dry filter. It is engineered to optimize airflow for the MAF sensor and reduce pressure drop, leading to potential gains of up to 14whp and 14wtq. The design also relocates the air entry point away from engine heat to achieve cooler intake air temperatures (IAT). The intake tube is specifically sized to work with the MAF sensor, ensuring proper airflow management and preventing alterations to the OEM air and fuel ratios. Precision 3D scanning and CAD design contribute to a seamless fit and reliable performance. An important consideration for 2025+ GR Corolla models is a potential P2C90 Check Engine Light (CEL) due to the crankcase ventilation sensor. This issue is emissions-related and does not impact normal engine operation or power output. While 2023-2024 models can be addressed with a PCV fix kit and a Toyota TSB, 2025+ models require a specific mechanical fix, which SXTH Element is developing and will provide to affected customers free of charge once finalized. A Toyota TSB exists for ECU reprogramming, but its effectiveness with aftermarket intakes on 2025+ vehicles is still under research. Customers may also opt for a tune from Limit+1 to resolve the CEL on affected vehicles.
