CPLT Intake System

Specifically engineered for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, the Sxth Element Engineering CPLT Intake System is designed to replace restrictive factory components with a high-efficiency design for real-world power gains. It achieves this by utilizing an additional opening in the chassis fender area, providing the turbocharger with a direct path to fresh air. The system features a larger airbox constructed from durable high-density polymer, a high-flow dry air filter rated for 99% efficiency, and a precision-tuned, smooth-bore intake tube. These components work together to allow the engine to breathe effortlessly, resulting in an airflow increase of 12%–17% over OEM Standard and TRD models. Back-to-back dyno testing has shown gains of up to 14 HP and 14 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. Installation is straightforward, with no aftermarket tune or check engine light risk required for most models, as the intake tube diameter is meticulously tuned to match factory MAF sensor specifications. The patent-pending QuickSnap Lid uses powerful magnets for tool-free maintenance, allowing for quick filter inspection or swapping. This intake is designed for the Toyota Tacoma (2024+) Gas/Hybrid models. However, it requires tuning for the Trailhunter and TRD Pro trims. Additionally, it is noted that the system does not seal watertight against the snorkel. CARB compliance testing is in progress, with expected results in early 2026.
