This kit allows users to easily add boost and horsepower to their factory supercharged vehicles. It installs without modifications or special tools and enables quick changes to the boost level.

The Metco Motorsports Crank Pulley Kit is a comprehensive system designed to enhance the performance of your 1999-2004 Ford F-150 Lightning or Harley Davidson truck. This kit allows for the easy addition of boost and horsepower to the factory supercharged engine. The system includes a billet aluminum crank pulley hub, a choice of pulley rings offering various boost levels (from stock to +10 lbs), and specialized tools for installation, including a converter lockup tool to hold the engine steady during original pulley bolt removal. The hub design facilitates quick pulley exchanges, taking approximately 8-10 minutes, allowing for different configurations for street or strip use. Important fitment notes apply: For 1999-2000 models, the crank pulley hub will be sized to accommodate the slightly different balancer used in those years; this detail should be specified during checkout. The kit has been confirmed to fit the 2004-2005 Roush F150 with the supercharged 3V engine and may fit later models with a similar dual belt system and harmonic balancer. If your vehicle is equipped with an ATI balancer (PN 918037), a dedicated crank pulley hub is available and can be substituted.
