Crankcase Vent Valve

The Genuine VW/Audi Crankcase Vent Valve (06F129101P) is designed to replace the original valve in various Audi and Volkswagen models. This component serves as a crucial one-way exit for gases that build up within the crankcase. Over time, contamination can lead to reduced airflow or cracks in the housing, potentially causing a loss of boost pressure, decreased engine performance, and rough idling. This PCV valve is specifically designed for the FSI engine, which can be identified on the 2.0T VW/Audi engine cover by the "FSI" stamp (not TFSI). It is important to note that Audi A3/TTS and all Volkswagen models require an updated breather pipe to be used with this revised pressure regulator. This updated breather pipe can be purchased separately.
