When these conditions are met, the outer shell of the needle bearings may begin to walk out of the rocker arm's pivot trunnion bore, leading to individual bearings falling out and scattering throughout the engine. This can result in damage to both the rockers and the rest of the engine. This upgrade kit replaces the problematic needle bearings with micro-polished hardened shafts and C932 bearing bronze bushings. These bushings offer increased durability, spreading loads over a wider area and reducing the risk of failure. Integrated oil channels ensure continuous lubrication of the rocker arm, further enhancing longevity and performance. This design eliminates small, loose parts that could otherwise damage the engine. While reusing factory bolts is possible with this kit, it will require some clearancing. For a direct fit with no modification, aftermarket bolts are available separately.
