This 8-piece kit is engineered to provide superior off-road articulation and on-road drivability, ensuring your Gladiator is prepared for any terrain. The control arms are constructed from heavy-duty DOM tubing, with lower arms utilizing 1.75” OD tubing and upper arms featuring 1.5” OD tubing, both with a 5/16” wall thickness for maximum strength. The set is equipped with Johnny Joints at both ends, offering unparalleled articulation, flexibility, and long-lasting performance. The front upper control arms include a U-bracket at the axle end for seamless integration with factory bushings. Designed for full adjustability, this kit accommodates lifts from 0 to 6 inches, allowing for precise alignment correction, axle centering, and optimized pinion and caster angles. For lifts exceeding 6 inches, custom solutions are available upon request. The control arms undergo a two-stage powder coating process, including a zinc primer base coat and a durable top coat available in 10 vibrant colors, ensuring superior durability and corrosion resistance. Optional Grade 8 hardware kits are available separately for easier installation if dealing with rusted or stubborn bolts.
