The BBR Motorsports CRF 110 Damping Rod & Fork Spring Upgrade Kit is designed to enhance the front forks of your CRF 110. This kit includes custom-developed adult-rate fork springs and CNC-machined damping rods that replace the stock components. It also comes with a selection of fork oil weights to suit different rider weights.

The BBR Motorsports CRF 110 Damping Rod & Fork Spring Upgrade Kit provides a comprehensive solution for enhancing the front suspension of your Honda CRF 110. This kit is engineered to accommodate adult riders, offering improved damping control and an increased travel of 1 inch over stock. The included adult-rate fork springs are custom-wound from aircraft-quality spring steel, pre-set, and stress-relieved for durability. These springs are designed to fit the stock CRF110F forks. Complementing the springs are the CNC-machined damping rods, crafted from forgings. These rods replace the stock components to provide increased damping control, slowing rebound and increasing compression for a firmer, more controlled ride, especially when paired with the stiffer springs. The kit offers a choice of fork oil weights: 10 wt. for riders 100lb and under, 15 wt. for riders 100lb-150lb, and 20 wt. for riders 150lb and above or professional riders. For adult riders around 175 lbs, BBR recommends 10 wt. fork oil with the damping rods, set approximately 140mm from the top of the tube with springs removed and forks compressed. Heavier or more aggressive riders may opt for 15 or 20 wt. oil. This upgrade kit is confirmed to fit Honda CRF110 models from 2013 to the present.
