CRF/XR50 Handlebar Kit

The BBR Motorsports CRF/XR50 Handlebar kit is the most complete offering on the market for upgrading your pit bike. Designed to be the first step in enhancing your ride, this kit includes 8" rise handlebars, perfect for adult riders, constructed from durable Chromoly. The kit features a CNC machined, billet aluminum top clamp available in either black or red anodized finishes. Included in this comprehensive package are a front brake lever with a long cable, a standard turn throttle with a long cable and a custom carb top specifically designed for the stock Keihin 13mm carb's short slide. A CR type kill button with long length wires, a BBR crossbar pad, and BBR grips are also part of the kit, along with grip glue, installation instructions, and a 6mm hex key wrench. This kit is designed to convert OEM Honda XR/CRF50 handlebars from 3/4" diameter to the standard motorcycle/bicycle 7/8" diameter. It's important to note that stock controls will not fit on the standard 7/8" bars; this kit includes all necessary parts, including controls. If you have a larger aftermarket carb, a different throttle and cable will be required. The throttle, cable, and carb top are intended for the stock Keihin 13mm carb, but may fit the 1979-1999 Honda Z50R OEM carb, though adapting the Z50R handlebars to 7/8" diameter will be necessary. The triple clamp included in this kit does not fit the Z50R, but a separate top plate is available from BBR to adapt it. If you are using a Chinese replica of the Honda CRF50 or Z50R, fitment is not guaranteed and you are on your own.
