The BBR Motorsports CRF110F Damping Rods are a performance upgrade designed to enhance the front suspension of your Honda CRF110F. These rods replace the stock components, increasing suspension travel by 1 inch from its original setting. They achieve this by slowing down rebound and increasing compression damping, resulting in a firmer and more controlled riding experience. For optimal performance, BBR recommends pairing these rods with stiffer springs, noting they are a perfect match for the BBR SuperStock swingarm. These damping rods are CNC machined from forgings, ensuring durability and precision. The manufacturer provides specific recommendations for fork oil weight based on rider weight: 10 wt. for riders around 175 lbs, and 15 or 20 wt. for heavier or more aggressive riders. The recommended fork oil height is 140mm from the top of the tube with the springs removed and forks compressed. Fitment is confirmed for the 2013-Present Honda CRF110F. While some sources mention fitment for Kawasaki/Suzuki KLX110/DR-Z110, it is crucial to confirm compatibility for your specific model.
