Crystal Serum Light Coating

The Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (CSL) is a pro-level paint protection coating that brings advanced technology to skilled DIYers. It provides up to five years of durability, delivering 80% of the performance of Gtechniq’s professional-grade Crystal Serum. CSL significantly enhances gloss, creating a liquid-like shine, and offers exceptional resistance to swirl marks and contaminant bonding. This ceramic coating is formulated to make your paint stay cleaner between washes and adds a smooth, glassy feel. The product stands strong against environmental elements, road grime, and daily wear and tear, allowing you to confidently apply high-performance protection. Application requires specific conditions: the vehicle must be indoors for at least 12 hours post-application, and the process should not occur in direct sunlight. Ideal application temperatures range from 5°C to 25°C. Thorough paint preparation, including washing, decontamination, and polishing, is necessary. Panels should be wiped down with Panel Wipe before application. The coating is applied in 2ft by 2ft sections using an applicator pad filled with CSL, with immediate residue removal using microfiber cloths. After application, used cloths should be soaked in water and washed promptly. A waiting period of approximately 2 hours is recommended before applying a top coat like EXO or C2. CSL should be stored in a cool, dry place and used within 3 months of opening for optimal results.
