The Progress Coilover System 2 (CS2) offers a value-priced, proven solution for enhancing the sport suspension of 1989-1991 Honda Civic, Civic Si, and CRX vehicles. Redesigned with improved shock dampening, modern foam-type bump stops, and a simplified, durable construction, this system is ideal for street performance, track days, autocross, and project cars. Key features include a twin-tube design with deflective disc valving for consistent performance, and stainless steel threaded rear sleeves for durability. The system allows for adjustable lowering heights ranging from 1.0" to 3.0". Users can select from 10 spring rate combinations, with options from 350 lb/in front and 250 lb/in rear, up to 550 lb/in front and 650 lb/in rear. High Tensile cold-wound springs and unique CNC locking spring perches ensure reliable load support. Installation requires OEM steel top hats and includes two spanners and necessary hardware. The system provides a significant upgrade over OEM calibrations, with typical OEM rates around 220#/in front and 110#/in rear.
