CSC Elimination Kit

The Z1 Motorsports V2 CSC Elimination Kit provides a robust, bolt-on solution to address the inherent failure points of the factory concentric slave cylinder (CSC) in Nissan 370Z and Infiniti G37 vehicles with VHR engines. By relocating the slave cylinder outside the transmission bellhousing, this kit effectively shields it from the intense radiant heat and abrasive clutch dust that typically cause premature failure. This design not only extends component lifespan but also simplifies future maintenance. The V2 kit incorporates several design enhancements for improved performance and reliability. It features a Z1 Billet Transmission Cover, which serves as the slide surface for the throwout bearing and collar. A genuine OEM Nissan input shaft seal prevents transmission fluid contamination, while a chromoly pivot ball and forged chromoly clutch fork offer enhanced rigidity and durability, suitable for high-performance clutches. Corrosion-resistant heat shields are included to protect the external slave cylinder from exhaust system heat. It utilizes OEM wear components, including the slave cylinder and release bearing, ensuring compatibility and adherence to Nissan's quality standards. The kit has undergone extensive street and track testing to confirm its reliability under demanding conditions. It is compatible with clutches that have a stack height ranging from 82mm to 89mm, with included shims (5mm and 2.8mm) to accommodate different clutch stack heights, including OEM and aftermarket options. This CSC Elimination Kit is designed for the 2009-2020 Nissan 370Z, 2008-2013 Infiniti G37, and 2014-2016 Infiniti Q60 models equipped with the 3.7L engine.
