The CSF #8109 Twin Charge-Air-Cooler Set upgrades the BMW F1X M5/M6 (S63 4.4L Twin Turbo V8) to reduce high Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) in tuned vehicles. Co-developed with Pure Turbos, these are the first cast end tank high-performance charge-air-coolers for these models. Each cooler features a custom-designed CSF Liquid-To-Air Intercooler Core, providing a 28% increase in core size over OEM. The design incorporates a Top/Bottom, Cross-Flow, Dual-Pass Core Configuration with 2-Stage Water Cooling for maximum efficiency and IAT reduction. Engineered for precise "Drop-In Fit" plug-and-play installation with OEM-style "Quick Connect" water connections and sensor ports. Cast end tanks include integrated E85/Methanol Injection Ports.
