CSF 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla/2020+ GR Yaris High Performance Stepped Core Intercooler System - Black

The CSF x Jackson Racing High-Performance Stepped-Core Intercooler is designed to be a direct "drop-in fit" upgrade for the Toyota GR Corolla and GR Yaris (with modifications). It features a high-performance tube & fin stepped core design that maximizes surface area and internal airflow volume. Compared to the OEM intercooler, it offers a 45% larger core volume and 73% more surface area. The intercooler uses 100% TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks for increased strength and durability, replacing the OEM crimped plastic end tanks. The kit includes motorsport-grade hoses and clamps with larger 2.5-inch (63.5mm) inlet/outlet connections. It's individually leak and pressure tested and comes with a 2-year limited warranty. While the OEM air ducting requires minor trimming for use, the installation is a true plug-and-play process, requiring no modifications to the bumper or crash bar. Independent testing by MotoIQ showed significant charge air temperature reductions (over 240°F) and a much longer heat soak resistance compared to the OEM unit, leading to lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs).
