Description

The CSF Charge-Air-Coolers for the G9X M5 are designed to address the limitations of the factory charge air coolers on the S68 engine. They feature nearly 100% larger core size in volume per side compared to OEM, larger, 100% TIG-welded cast end tanks (replacing weak OEM crimped plastic), and integrated charge pipes. The design includes integrated dual 1/8 NPT ports on both outlet side air tanks for methanol/nitrous injection systems. CFD analysis and testing were used to ensure optimal performance and fitment. The coolers come with OEM-Style "Quick Connect" water connections and sensor ports. Finished with a "Crinkle Black" powder-coated finish, with custom finishes available.
