CSF 65-89 Porsche 911 / 930 OEM+ High-Performance Oil Cooler

The CSF 8168 is an OEM+ High-Performance Oil Cooler designed for Porsche 911 and 930 Turbo models. It's the result of over 18 months of development focusing on optimal oil cooling. The cooler maintains a classic design to appeal to concourse-winning restoration customers while integrating modern technologies for high-horsepower builds with larger engines, bigger turbos, and standalone ECU management systems. It is intended to replace the right fender oil cooler. It features a 50mm core (vs. OEM 45mm), 15 rows of turbulated tubes, 16 rows of fins, innovative square fin design for better performance and less clogging, M30 x 1.5 high-flow fittings (OEM style, machined in-house with 17.5mm ID), M22 x 1.5 inlet/outlet connections optimized to accept AN-16 connections, and a temperature sender combination mounting boss. Three fittings are included: threaded plug, M14 x 1.5P adapter (for OEM fan), and 3/8-18 NPTF adapter (for SPAL/Modern fan). It is a drop-in fit, with slotted mounting holes for easier installation in early models (1965-1983). It includes a bracket weld for additional strength, is individually pressure tested at 8bar (116psi), 100% TIG welded, and comes with a 10-year warranty. It is individually serialized for quality control. Fitment notes: 1965-1973 vehicles can be retrofitted (no oil cooler originally), 1974-1983 replaces tubular oil cooler (OEM part number 930 207 050 03 – use OEM part number 10 0201 053 adapter kit for CSF oil cooler), 1984-1989 direct-fit replacement (OEM part number 930 207 053 02 & 930 207 053 04).
