The Turner Motorsport CSL Style Intake Kit is engineered to elevate the performance and auditory experience of your BMW M3, M Coupe, or M Roadster. This kit directly draws inspiration from the renowned E46 CSL M3's intake system, a highly sought-after component for enthusiasts seeking enhanced performance. Turner Motorsport has refined the legendary BMW design, altering and improving the OEM CSL airbox to achieve a significant 20% increase in airflow compared to the factory airbox, and a marginal improvement over the original CSL box. This comprehensive kit provides everything needed to transform your vehicle's intake system, including the CSL intake itself, a high-flow performance air filter, intake temperature sensor, various hose clamps, silicone boots, brackets, and specialized hoses for crankcase ventilation and the Alpha-N IAT harness. It is important to note that this intake system requires the use of an Alpha N tune to function correctly. For US vehicles manufactured from September 2004 onwards, the original PCV recirculation hose will need to be modified; a specific included silicone hose will require a fitting to be removed and then spliced into the factory PCV hose to maintain PCV functionality. Additionally, this product is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle due to California Air Resources Board regulations.
