The VIS Racing CSL Style Carbon Fiber Trunk is engineered to give your BMW 3 Series E90 (2006-2008, 4-door) a serious high-performance aesthetic. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber, this trunk lid utilizes a vacuum infusion process (V.I.P.) for enhanced durability and reduced weight, making it 10-20% lighter than parts made with traditional methods. The top layer of carbon fiber is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a lasting high-gloss appearance. The underside features a one-piece, smooth shell that fuses to the top layer, significantly improving structural integrity. Hand-smoothed edges ensure a quality finish all around. Each VIS Carbon Fiber Trunk comes with a badge of authenticity. Due to the nature of its intended use, hood pins are required for installation. This product is generally intended for off-road use, but compatibility with local and state laws should be confirmed by the owner. Shipping for this oversized item will be via LTL Freight Service, typically requiring 5-7 business days for pickup scheduling, after which tracking will be provided.
