Description

The DELPHI TC786 is a control arm with a ball joint designed for the front axle, specifically the lower left position. Manufactured by Delphi, this component is constructed from sheet steel and is robot-welded for consistent performance and quality. It undergoes extensive testing to simulate road stress, including up to 250,000 cycles on a three-axis test rig to analyze braking force, cornering force, and suspension travel. Delphi also tests its products under extreme environmental conditions, withstanding temperatures from -40°F to 248°F and undergoing 720 hours of salt spray testing.
