The G Force GF-A-SL Adapter Plate and Flexplate Kit is engineered to facilitate the integration of 2003-2025 Cummins 6BT / Common Rail engines with GM Allison 1000 and 2000 Series transmissions (model years 2001-2025). This kit is compatible with transmissions featuring the Duramax bellhousing pattern. This adapter kit offers a direct, straight positioning of the transmission, avoiding the angle rotation found in some OEM applications. It includes the necessary adapter plate, flexplate, and bolts for installation. Installation of the G Force GF-A-SL kit requires the use of a Ford 6.4L Powerstroke starter (part number GF-MS-FORD64). Alternatively, a Ford 6.0L Powerstroke starter can be utilized, though some bellhousings may need additional interior clearance modification. In certain situations, clearance adjustments to the engine block pan rail and the Powerstroke starter may be necessary. The specifications list mounting hardware as included.
