The CURT Class 3 Trailer Hitch is designed for a variety of towing applications, suitable for full-size cars, vans, crossovers, light-duty pickup trucks, and SUVs. It is ideal for towing fishing boat trailers, popup campers, ATV trailers, utility trailers, and can also be used with hitch-mounted cargo carriers or bike racks. This custom-fit hitch is engineered to fit certain years of the Ford Escape, Mazda Tribute, and Mercury Mariner. It is designed to integrate with the vehicle's existing features and provides a reliable connection to your trailer. The hitch is stringently tested in accordance with SAE J684 to ensure a weight carrying capacity of 3,500 lbs. gross trailer weight (GTW) and 350 lbs. tongue weight (TW). It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch, offering more stable towing with a weight distribution rating of 5,000 lbs. WD and 500 lbs. WDTW. It features a 2-inch receiver tube opening for use with a 2-inch x 2-inch shank ball mount or other hitch accessories.
