The Moser Engineering A35CST-1 is a high-strength, 35-spline custom alloy axle engineered to withstand the extreme stress and strain of both competitive racing and high-performance street use. Constructed from premium alloy steel, these axles are forged using specialized Moser tooling and induction heat-treated to optimize torsional rigidity. To ensure maximum reliability under heavy loads, every unit is 100% magnafluxed, offering a 30% increase in strength compared to standard OEM axles of similar size. These axles are fully customizable to fit virtually any rear-end setup, including popular configurations like Ford 8.8" and 9", GM 12-bolt, Mopar 8 3/4", and Dana 60 housings. The non-tapered design allows for custom shortening and re-splining, providing flexibility for specific vehicle builds or future rear-end modifications. Users can choose from a wide range of bolt patterns and bearing sizes to match their existing hubs and braking systems. Installation requires precise measurement of your specific housing ends, flange-to-flange dimensions, and axle length requirements. Optional service upgrades are available, including access holes, lightening holes, and gun-drilling to suit specific performance goals.
