Custom Header Build Kit 4.3L EcoTec3 LV3 V6

The Stainless SHM-2507-NA-HBK is a comprehensive header build kit engineered for Chevrolet's 4.3L EcoTec3 LV3 V6 engines, commonly found in GM trucks and SUVs. This kit is ideal for fabricators looking to create custom exhaust headers for automotive or marine applications. The kit includes two American-made, precision laser-cut 3/8" thick header flanges, designed to fit the EcoTec3 LV3 V6 cylinder head with a 1.755" port size. For ease of fabrication, the kit provides six preformed flange stubs, available in 1 3/4", 1 7/8", or 2" primary tube sizes. Additionally, ten 180-degree J-bends are supplied, each featuring a 6" and a 12" leg to accommodate various header designs without requiring additional straight tubing. To complete the header construction, the kit offers multiple collector options. You can choose from a formed 3-into-1 weld-on collector (2 1/2" secondary size), or upgrade to high-flow slip-on merge collectors. These merge collectors come with options for a straight or transitional exit, and are available in 3-into-1 or 6-into-1 configurations, with collector tabs included for easier assembly. Further enhancing the kit's utility, it includes purge caps for back purging, two weld-on O2 bungs machined from 304 stainless billet, and a 1/4 lb. package of TIG filler rod. The material ensures excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, crucial for exhaust components.
