Custom Intercooler

The Sheepey Race CORE is a universal front-mount intercooler engineered to support 800-1200 horsepower. Each intercooler is meticulously hand-constructed in Southern California by experienced fabricators, utilizing exclusive high-density intercooler cores and custom end tanks. These components are welded inside and out with durable .190 wall aluminum for maximum strength and longevity. The CORE intercooler offers a range of customization options to fit diverse performance needs. Core sizes include 24x12x3”, 25x12x3.5”, and 25x12x4.5”. Inlet and outlet sizes are available in 2.5”, 3”, and 3.5” diameters, and mounting bungs are provided with an M8x1.25 thread pitch. This versatility ensures compatibility with a wide array of turbocharger systems and piping configurations. As all Sheepey Built intercoolers are made to order, please refer to their current lead times for production schedules. This custom fabrication approach ensures that each unit meets the highest standards of quality and performance for demanding applications.
