Customizable Linkage System with Titanium Shaft

This kit introduces a fully customizable linkage system, utilizing Japanese-made bearings for smooth operation and allowing for individual adjustment of each throttle plate for precise idle tuning. The use of a CNC machined Titanium shaft enhances durability by preventing distortion and contributes to a lighter assembly for improved pedal feel. The ITB V3 features individually customized throttle body flaps to ensure a perfect fitment and prevent leaks. The billet ITB adapter, also known as a runner, is calculated for easy installation and maintains the ITB mechanism close to the cylinder head for optimal flow with less turbulence, thereby enhancing engine response and torque. The throttle bodies themselves are machined from a single piece of billet aluminum on high-precision CNC machines and are fully mounted on ball bearings. The throttle plates are made of copper to prevent sticking under high heat conditions. This kit includes a vacuum box with various billet fittings for easy connection to your vacuum circuit, though vacuum hoses are sold separately. Teflon gaskets are provided between the runner and the ITB, as well as at the trumpet, to minimize heat conductivity. The trumpet length can be customized; shorter lengths are recommended for higher peak power, while longer lengths are better for torque. Custom diameters and anodization colors are available upon request. Important notes for installation and performance: A standalone ECU is required for starting and proper tuning. Professional tuning is highly recommended. While fitting ITBs on a stock engine is possible, optimal power and torque gains are achieved when paired with higher compression ratios and upgraded camshafts. Cable-actuated throttles are standard; conversion may be necessary if using an e-throttle system, and modifications to the accelerator cable might be required in some cases.
